Due to the huge success of the Rockdale Rhinos, in adding a TONY to their team this year, USSSA is recommending that all teams add a TONY starting in 2012. This position is a 'jack of all trades' type position and can only be occupied by someone with a big mouth, big ego, bookkeeping/ managing and scheduling skills. This person needs to be comfortable walking around in unmatching plaid shorts and a solid blue shirt.
